This Privacy Policy explains how the Daily Orthodox Offices mobile application (the “App”), published by BrainScanMedia.com, Inc. (“we,” “us”), handles information. In short: the App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information whatsoever.

No data collection

The App does not collect or process any personal data. It has no user accounts, no login, no analytics, no advertising, and no third‑party tracking or software development kits. We do not know who you are, and we receive nothing from your use of the App.

Works entirely offline

The App contains no internet permission and makes no network connections. All content — the daily office schedule, prayers, audio, and images — is bundled inside the App and runs entirely on your device. Nothing you do in the App leaves your device.

On‑device features

Two features operate purely on your device and involve no data collection:

• Notifications. The App can show a notification when a new canonical hour begins. These reminders are scheduled and displayed locally by your device. No information is sent anywhere to provide them.
• Your preferences. Settings such as the bell on/off choice are saved locally on your device only and are never transmitted.

Permissions

The App requests only the minimum Android permissions needed for the on‑device reminders:

• Notifications — to display the office‑hour reminders.
• Run at startup — to re‑establish those local reminders after your device restarts.

Neither permission collects, accesses, or transmits personal data.

Children

The App is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the revised version at this address and update the effective date above.
