By opting in, you agree to receive automated SMS text messages containing one-time verification codes used to confirm your identity when logging in or performing sensitive actions on your BrainScanMedia account.
You consent to receive these messages by entering your mobile phone number and affirmatively checking the consent checkbox during account setup or when enabling two-step verification. Consent to receive verification texts is required in order to use SMS-based two-step verification, but it is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from BrainScanMedia.
You will typically receive one (1) message per verification event. Message frequency will vary depending on how often you log in or trigger a security check requiring verification.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. BrainScanMedia is not responsible for any charges billed by your carrier.
This service is available on most major US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may cancel SMS verification at any time by texting STOP. After you send the SMS message "STOP," we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program. If you disable SMS verification, you may need to use an alternate verification method to secure your account.

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. We do not guarantee delivery of any message and are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your use of this SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including our commitment not to share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the SMS verification service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
